Profile and application data. When you apply or update your profile, you provide information such as your name, email address, LinkedIn URL, location, bio, skills, professional experience, co-founder preferences, and related profile fields.

Account and authentication data. We use Clerk as our authentication provider. Sign-in is email-based. Clerk may collect information necessary to authenticate your account.

Subscription and payment data. Payments are processed by Stripe (via Clerk). We do not collect or store your full payment card details — those go directly to the payment processor. We receive confirmation of payment status and subscription details needed to manage your membership.

Usage data. We collect information about how you use the service, such as logins, matches generated, intro requests sent and received, and similar activity within the platform.

This data is used only to compute matches within C2FM. It is not used to train Anthropic’s or any third party’s AI models.

5. Service Providers

We share information with the following service providers, only as needed for each to perform its function. We do not sell member data.

6. Cookies

We use functional and authentication cookies that are required to operate the platform (e.g., keeping you signed in). We also use Vercel Analytics, which collects aggregate usage data. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party ad-tech trackers.

7. Data Retention

We keep member data while your account is active and as needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

8. Your Choices

You can update your profile information at any time through the member portal. You can cancel your membership at any time. If you have questions about your data or would like to request its deletion, contact us at hello@c2fm.network.
